OSMS162-MIT01BLU BROOK SHIRT
The classic button-down collar shirt has its origins with British officers in India. However, it gained popularity thanks to John E. Brooks, a grandson of the Brooks Brothers founder, who was inspired by British polo players in India. They buttoned down their collars to keep them in place during matches. Brooks Brothers introduced this style to the United States in 1900, and it quickly became a preppy fashion icon.
Fit: This is a regular fit mid-length shirt designed to be worn either tucked in or untucked. It's recommended to choose your usual size for the best fit. The model in the picture is wearing a size 16, and their measurements are a chest size of 39.5 inches (100cm) and a height of 6 feet and half an inch (184cm).
For your convenience, the size guide provides measurements taken from the outside of the garment, lying flat, and then doubled. This means that if the chest measurement of the shirt when lying flat is 20 inches, it will measure 40 inches around when doubled. You can use these measurements to compare with one of your favorite fitting garments at home to determine your perfect size.
