Fantastic vintage novelty carved wooden pipe on a small stand with two heads depicting a tyrannical looking figure - with "The Tyrant" written on the side c1960. This is a great smoking pipe that would certainly make a statement gift or addition to any collection. The item is in fair condition with signs of wear consistent with age and use - marked Foreign on the outside.
